Who's behind the wingman
I care about the unglamorous middle, the part between the strategy deck and the shipped feature where most products quietly fail. That's where I work.
I came to product from design: six years at Shangri-La sharpening an eye for craft, then upstream to shape what gets built, not just how it looks. Since then I've worked across consulting, B2B SaaS, and now an AI company I co-founded, in banking, energy, F&B, security ops, and VC. I come in cold to a domain and get a team moving.
And I ship. When validation is faster in code than in a doc, I build the frontend myself in React and Next.js with AI assist, and I judge AI output against a human benchmark instead of vibes.
